   Results

Noticible pain relief after your first treatment.
Long term pain relief might require regular sessions and  a guided moderate lifestyle adjustment, all resulting in an increased level of energy, vitality and happiness.
    Breathe, Relax, Repeat.

Breathe
Deep breathing is very important in maintaining a healthy body and mind. It not only helps balance your nervous system but it also boosts  the quality and quantity of oxigen delivered to your vital organs. Air, oxigen, is energy and this energy helps your body heal.
This energy  makes you feel stronger and more relaxed.

Relax
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective stress creates tension or blockages in the meridians and channels where the bio-electricity flows. These manifest in mental/emotional and physical symptoms.
Acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapies can assist by allowing the body to go into a state of least resistance which allows the release of endorphins and serotonins within the brain.
Once this is achieved, sympathetic nerve activity decreases, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, leading to an overall feeling of relaxation and well-being with a marked improvement in symptoms.

Repeat
In general, one acupuncture session isn’t enough to achieve enduring results; to ensure better and longer lasting results you might need acupuncture treatments or other Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies weekly or bi-weekly  untill symptoms are under control. Once your symptoms are under control you will enter the maintenance stage, one session/month or as necessary.
